A. Vogel Neem oil is a non-animal tested product that is cold pressed from the fruit and seeds of the Neem tree (Azadirachta indica). It contains compounds known as triglycerides and triterpenoids.
Neem oil has a long history of use in Ayurvedic medicine for a wide variety of conditions. Known for its anti-inflammatory and antibacterial properties, neem oil helps soothe irritated skin, making it suitable for conditions like acne, eczema, and minor skin irritations.
The oil is generally reddish in colour and has a strong odour arising from the active ingredient known as azadirachtin. Bergamot, Rosemary, and Eucalyptus essential oils added, contribute to neem oil's pleasant aroma while offering additional soothing and antimicrobial properties.
Ingredients
Prunus dulcis (sweet almond) oil, Azadirachta indica (Neem) kernal oil, Citrus Aurantium bergamia (Bergamot) oil, Rosmarinus officinalis (Rosemary) oil, Eucalyptus globulus (Eucalyptus) oil.
Directions for use
Apply as required to the skin and hair up to four times a day.
