Location: Helios Homeopathic Pharmacy, Tunbridge Wells
Job Type: Three/Four days a week, to include Mondays and Fridays 9am-5.30pm
Salary: Competitive, dependent on experience

About the role
We are seeking a fully qualified homeopath or a 3rd/4th year homeopathy student to join our friendly team. This is a varied and hands-on role that will include offering acute homeopathic advice to customers, both over the phone and in our shop, as well as learning all aspects of remedy preparation in our pharmacy.
Competent computer skills and a high level of accuracy when entering data are required for this role, along with the ability to learn and work efficiently with our internal systems is key to delivering an effective service.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a solid grounding in homeopathy who is eager to gain experience in a dynamic, real-world setting.
Key responsibilities
- Provide acute homeopathic advice to customers in person and over the phone
- Assist customers with first aid and common ailments using homeopathic remedies
- Learn and carry out remedy production to a high standard
- Accurately input data and maintain clear records in line with our procedures
- Use internal computer systems to support sales and customer service
- Work efficiently as part of a team and independently when required
What we are looking for
- Qualified homeopath or currently in 3rd or 4th year of homeopathy training
- A genuine passion for homeopathy and natural health
- Confident and capable communicator, especially in giving advice for acute ailments
- Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn remedy preparation
- Good computer literacy and confidence using internal systems (training provided)
- Commitment to accuracy in data entry and record-keeping
- Physically able to be on your feet for extended periods (approx 50% of the working day)
- Reliable, hardworking, and able to take initiative
- Positive, can-do attitude with a willingness to support the wider team
Desirable (but not essential)
- Previous experience in a pharmacy, clinic, or health retail environment
- Familiarity with Filemaker and/or Microsoft systems
Training & development
- Full training provided in remedy production and customer facing roles
- Full training on our internal computer systems
- Ongoing support and learning opportunities within a supportive team
- Exposure to a wide range of homeopathic practices and real-life cases
