Ingredients
Each tablet contains 316 mg of magnesium citrate, 69.5 mg of soy bean dry extract (36% isoflavones) and 35 mg Hibiscus extract and 23 mg magnesium oxide. Also contains microcrystalline cellulose (bulking agent), Beta vulgaris (beetroot juice) powder (colour), silicon dioxide, crosslinked cellulose gum (firming agent), magnesium salts of edible fatty acids (glazing agent) and essential oils of lemon, lemongrass and Litsea cubeba. GM free. Suitable for vegetarians and vegans. 1 tablet contains 56.5 mg magnesium. 2 tablets provides 30% of adult NRV* *Nutrient Reference Values
Directions for use
Take 1 tablet twice daily (morning and evening) with food.
Caution
Do not take this product if you are allergic to any of the ingredients. Do not use if pregnant, breast-feeding or taking hormonal contraception. Can be used with HRT. Not suitable for children
