Ingredients
Ionic magnesium citrate (created from a highly absorbable proprietary blend of citric acid and magnesium carbonate) potassium bicarbonate, ascorbic acid (vitamin C), zinc (picolinate), boric acid, vitamin K2-MK7, vitamin B6 (as pyridoxal-5-phosphate), vitamin D3 (cholecalciferol), natural citrus flavour, steviol glycosides.
Directions for use
Start with 2.5g daily and gradually increase to 4.9g (approximately 2.5 teaspoons) per day. dose can be taken at one time or split throughout the day.
