Directions for use
12 years and over: Take half a measuring capful of Floravital twice daily, before morning and evening meals. Children between 6 and 12 years of age: half measuring capful daily. Children aged between 1 and 5 years of age: 1 teaspoonful daily. For best results take the Floravital Yeast And Gluten Free Iron Formula on an empty stomach to ensure maximum absorption; 30 minutes before eating or a couple of hours after. Avoid taking iron supplements with milk, coffee or tea as they may hinder the absorption. Drinking orange or fruit juice along iron supplements helps to increase the absoprtion of iron due to the level of vitamin C.
