Directions for use
Women's Wellbeing can be given to adults and children, from 12 years onwards, with the following recommendations: * For best results take 1 capsule daily, preferably with breakfast. * May be increased to 2 capsules per day if desired or professionally directed. * Can be used on an ongoing basis. * Do not exceed recommended daily dosage. * For those unable to swallow capsules, open and mix contents with cool drink/food.
