This is, quite simply, an extraordinary book. Written initially as a support for her patients and their families, it is now a comprehensive guide to treating some of the most complex conditions and symptom pictures in children and young people. The scope of the text and its insight and depth in relation to many of these conditions (ASD, PANDAS, PANS, LYME, ADHD and more) is phenomenal.

The first chapter provides a succinct overview of how homeopathy heals and how it can be used, including working intuitively as well as more traditionally. Chapter 2 gives an overview of the history of homeopathic practice, including methodology, use of repertory and materia medica, case management and guidelines for potency and dosing. The following chapters cover miasms, using remedies from the three kingdoms, nosodes, sarcodes and tautopathy. The final chapter called 'Remedies by Category of Complex Kids,' lists remedies according to specific issues, such as rage, hyperactivity, suppression, insecurity, sad and serious children and so on, and is a superb distillation of the many years of experience and learning gained by the author in her practice. Her expert remedy differentiation is precious indeed and will be of immense benefit to homeopaths as well as to parents and carers who are prescribing for children with complex issues. It is clear that these are tried and tested methods and remedies.

This is a very timely publication and takes first prize for its breadth, expertise and generosity. It cannot fail to empower and inspire everyone who reads it.
