Lamberts supplies vitamin E in its natural form of d-alpha tocopherol, as this is the form in which it occurs in foods and as research has confirmed that it has a higher biological activity, and is absorbed and retained more readily by the body than synthetic vitamin E. It is standardised on d-alpha tocopherol but other tocopherols are present.
Current research suggests that a daily intake of 400 IU is a sensible level, which is the level found in each Lamberts capsule.

Each capsule delivers: Vitamin E (in the natural d-alpha form) 268mg (400iu) Encapsulated With: Capsule Shell (Humectant: Glycerol, Modified Starch, Gelling Agent: Carrageenan, Acidity Regulator: Sodium Carbonate). Disintegration Time Less than 30 minutes. Suitable for vegetarians and vegans.
Directions for use
Take 1 capsule daily with a meal or as directed by practitioner or pharmacist. Do not exceed recommended daily dose.
