Directions for use
Brush twice daily to remove and prevent plaque, keep your breath fresh, and nourish gum health. Avoid brushing straight after meals or drinks (except water) when your enamel may be weakened from an acidic environment. Using a spatula, scoop a pea-sized amount onto your toothbrush. Brush for 2 minutes, brushing each surface of every tooth, and around your gum line. Always replace the lid firmly after use to prevent your toothpaste from drying out. Keep out of direct sunlight and avoid water getting in the jar to keep your paste fresh. Each 100ml jar lasts approximately 3 months
