Organic Omega 3:6:9 Oil is a balanced combination of plant based oils ideal for everyday use with an omega 3:6 ratio of 1:1 along with GLA and Omega 9. Contains a broad range of rich phytonutrients which provide vitamin E and carotenoids.
Omega 3, 6 and 9 fatty acids are essential fatty acids, meaning they cannot be produced by the body but instead must come from diet or supplementation. This oil combines omega 3 in the form of alpha linolenic acid (ALA) which contributes towards the maintenance of normal blood cholesterol levels, with omega 6 gamma linolenic acid (GLA) and a small amount of omega 9. The natural ingredients provide a broad range of nutrients including vitamin E (full spectrum of tocopherols and tocotrienols) and carotenoids (alpha-carotene, beta carotene and lutein). Vitamin E has a role in the protection of cells from oxidative stress. This ‘oxidative stress’ appears to be a major factor in many human diseases.

Directions for use
As a food supplement take 1-3 teaspoons daily with food. Can be drizzled on food, mixed into drinks or taken from the spoon. Do not exceed stated dose unless recommended by your healthcare practitioner.
