Contains:

Arnica, Calendula, Hamamelis, Millefolium, Belladonna, Aconitum, Mercurius solubilis, Hahnemanni, Hepar sulfuris, Chamomilla, Symphytum, Bellis perennis, Echinacea angustifolia, Echinacea purpurea, Hypericum.

35% alcohol

Dosage:
In general 10 drops 3 times daily,
For swelling of the soft tissues  5 drops, 3 -times daily.

Contraindications

Hypersensitivity to one of the active ingredients or excipients.
Echinacea should not be used in progressive, systemic diseases such as tuberculosis, leukaemia,leukaemia-like diseases, inflammatory diseases of the connective tissue ((collagen disease), autoimmune diseases, multiple sclerosis, AIDS, HIV infections or other chronic vital diseases.

Side effects:
In rare cases hypersensitivity reactions of allergic skin reactions redness, swelling and pruritis can occur in people with known hypersensitivity to ingredients (e.g., Arnica, Chamomilla,Achillea millefolium), in which case use of the product should be discontinued. Skin rash and itching
(pruritis), and in rare cases facial swelling, shortness of breath (dyspnoea), dizziness and a fall in blood pressure, have-been observed after treatment with products containing Echinacea extracts.
Hypersalivation may-occur after administration, in which case use of the product should be discontinued, too.
Reactions may occasionally occur on account of the homeopathic active substance Mercurius solubilis.
