Evening Primrose Oil is one of the few natural sources of an omega-6 fatty acid called Gamma-Linolenic Acid (GLA). Your body uses GLA to make a specific prostaglandin, which regulates the nervous, cardiovascular and reproductive systems and maintains healthy skin and other biological functions.
Each capsule provides 83% NRV (Nutrient Reference Value) of vitamin E. Vitamin E helps balance hormones and reduces hot flashes, a common symptom during menopause.
Whilst your body can make GLA from linoleic acid, this can often be slow or partially blocked. Lamberts combines evening primrose oil with starflower seed oil to give a blend richer in GLA than pure evening primrose oil.

Directions for use
Take one to three capsules daily with a meal or as directed by a practitioner or pharmacist.
Caution
Evening Primrose Oil should only be given to Epileptics (temporal lobe) under medical supervision.
