Organic Milk Thistle (Silybum marianum) capsules contain 400mg of the milled seed in a powder form. Milk thistle is a tall herb, often growing up to 2 metres in height, that has distinctive purple flowering heads, prickly leaves and a milky sap. It is often found growing wild in the Middle East, Northern Africa and Southern Europe.
