Ingredients
Xylitol, mannitol (sweeteners), magnesium citrate, Lemon Balm extract (Melissa officinalis) 9.5%, L-tryptophan 6%, Lettuce extract (Lactuca sativa) 3.8%, natural orange flavour and other natural flavours, gum arabic (thickener), magnesium stearate (glazing agent), citric acid and steviol glycoside from Stevia (sweetener).
Directions for use
Adults and children 12 years and over: Take 1 sachet daily, 1 hour before bedtime. To be poured directly into the mouth and swallowed with or without water.
Caution
Do not exceed stated recommended daily dose. Taking too much may cause a laxative effect. Do not take this product if you are allergic to any of the ingredients. Keep out of the sight and reach of children. Best before see bottom of box. Store in a cool dry place.
