Directions for use
Soothing Bath: Dissolve 1 cup (or desired amount) of SeaMAG flakes in warm water. Soak for 20-30 minutes, allowing the magnesium to absorb through your skin. Rinse off after soaking for best results. Rejuvenating Scrub: For a refreshing exfoliation, mix equal parts SeaMAG flakes with your favourite bath wash. Gently massage into the skin and rinse off for smoother, softer skin. Foot Relaxer: To relieve tired feet, dissolve ½ cup of SeaMAG flakes in warm water. Soak your feet for 20-30 minutes, then rinse for a soothing, relaxing experience.
